Egg white that is separated from sanitized hens eggs. This product will be free from shell particles or any other foreign matter.
The product is a clear liquid mass that is consistent with the clarity of fresh egg whites.

We have two egg pack stations, (in our modern packing stations) the one on the Highveld being the latest addition to our family and sports an extremely modern grading & packing machine. Between our two pack stations we pack and distribute in excess of a million eggs per day.
