Egg white that is separated from sanitized hens eggs. This product will be free from shell particles or any other foreign matter

The product is a clear liquid mass that is consistent with the clarity of fresh egg whites.

Storage Temp:

Fresh: Keep under refrigeration between 1°C and 4°C.

Frozen : Store below -18°C

Shelf Life:

Fresh:  Use within 10 days of production

Frozen: Will keep up to 12 months from date of production under correct frozen storage conditions. Once defrosted, the product shall remain stable for up to 5 days under if stored between 1°C and 4°C.

Defrost in refrigerated conditions between 1°C and 4°C. The product should not be refrozen.

Allergens:

Hen’s egg. Not to be consumed by consumers who are allergic / intolerant to hens eggs

Properties:

Liquid egg white is whipped with ingredients to form a stiff, stable foam that is frozen. It is presented in a piping bag, ready for the consumer to use.

 

Appearance:

The product is of a stiffly beaten consistency with tightly formed bubbles, giving the appearance of a white mass.

Taste / Odour

The taste and odour is that of sweet, flavoured egg white filling – as that of meringue

Properties

Whole egg pulp is produced from farm fresh hens’ eggs, is free from shell particles or any other foreign matter. Through heat exchange the bacterial count is minimized, allowing a food safe product and encourages a longer shelf life.

Appearance & Odour

The product colour, texture and odour is a homogenous, uniform yellow liquid mass, consistent with the properties of fresh egg pulp.

Ingredients

100% Whole hens Egg

Pasteurisation

The product is held at 63°C – 65°C for 2.5 minutes

Storage Temp

Fresh: Always keep chilled between 1°C and 4°C.

Frozen: Store below -18°C

Shelf Life

Fresh: Use within 10 days of manufacture.

Frozen: Will keep up to 12 months from date of manufacture under correct storage conditions.

To Defrost: Defrost in conditions less than 8˚C. Once defrosted, the product will remain stable for up to 5 days providing the cold chain is not compromised

The product should not be refrozen.
